Bag packaging options
Masteroast offers a host of packaging solutions for multiple pack sizes, weights and colors to suit your budget.
We do our best to create an in-house solution that will benefit your business. However, if for whatever reason we can't provide you an in-house packaging solution, we work with a network of external suppliers and developers that are specialists in packet design and complex label print techniques. |

500g BagsThis sized bag is used more often for out of home products, they can be used in retail and wholesale outlets. The valve can be seen at the top of one side of the bag but the label choice for these isn't as limited because of it. Some product designs have opted to put less in a bag and use a smaller thin label to hold down the top. The thin label used which can double as a back label is 50x150mm and the shorter version is 50x120mm.
Labels: Most of our labels held in stock will fit these bags front and back, we do have a few exceptions to this rule, some of the thin 1kg bags won't be able to take any labels over 80mm in width. For more information on label sizes we have available click here. |

Vaccuum Packing Benefits
Coffee is known in the food science field as a shelf-stable product, this means that after roasting it does not spoil by enzymatic or microbial processes. We do understand the need for certain chemical processes and physical changes to take place after roasting, we vacuum pack our products on request at the optimum time to preserve the full coffee flavours expected and limit or prohibit any negative flavours occurring.
